COhatch to open brand new 2.3 acre campus summer 2023

COLUMBUS, OHIO, November 9, 2022 – COhatch, a rapidly growing, Columbus-based company with an innovative approach to shared work and social space, is set to open its tenth central Ohio location, COhatch Westerville, next year. The company has released a virtual tour video to show the community what they’re building inside of what was once the historic Armory building.

COhatch is repurposing this historic building to develop their largest Columbus location to date, with 2.3 acres of indoor and outdoor work and social space. COhatch Westerville will feature over 14,000 sq. ft. of private office, coworking, and meeting space, a private speakeasy, a North High restaurant and brewpub with multiple dining and event experiences. Additionally, the site will have a dog friendly outdoor space, live music and outdoor entertainment areas, integration to the public bike path, outdoor bocce courts, a play area for children, and more. The location will also serve as the company’s newest flagship location, where remote workers, small businesses, startups and nonprofits can access resources to grow their career or businesses.

The company envisions COhatch Westerville as a location to serve the community by creating a space for entrepreneurs, philanthropists, families, and friends to come together to socialize and organically network. The new North High Brewing will also provide a major local destination that everyone can enjoy.

Westerville members will be able to use workspace at the COhatch’s additional Columbus sites, as well as Cincinnati, Cleveland and Springfield, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana; Pittsburgh; and Tampa Bay, Florida locations – in addition to all future locations, including those in Orlando, Florida; Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; and Nashville, Tennessee. COhatch plans to open a total of 500 locations in 50 cities across the U.S. by 2032.
