COhatch Lakeland Celebrates Its Grand Opening!

On Friday, January 6th, COhatch Lakeland hosted its official grand opening celebration! Around 500 people including COhatch members, staff, and the local community gathered to attend the special event. COhatch Lakeland establishes the company’s presence in the Sunshine State…with THREE more locations under construction!

Located in downtown Lakeland at 211 E. Main Street, the site features coworking seats, 31 private offices that include 2 corporate suites, a 40+ person event space, a podcast room, free coffee, beer, and wine (can you say “happy hour”?!), and more!

COhatch Lakeland’s ribbon cutting featured speeches from Mayor Bill Muntz, Lakeland GIVE Scholar, Ed Diaz, the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce President, and Ana Rivera, President of the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce. Following the ribbon cutting, attendees participated in face painting, a community mural, a photo booth, caricatures, and more!

COhatch partnered with the city of Lakeland for their First Friday event and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from those in the community who attended the grand opening!
